Pizza Dough

- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Combine water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and let bloom for 10 minutes.
Combine yeast mixture, flour, and salt in a bowl and knead until dough comes together in a ball, adding flour as needed.
Form into a ball and place into a clean bowl and cover with olive oil.
Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until double in size. (Dough can also be left to rest overnight)
Punch down dough and cut into two equal balls.
Preheat oven to 500°.
Roll into desired thickness and top with whatever toppings you like.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
