- 16 oz pasta I prefer fusili
- 8 oz cherry tomatos quartered
- 1 bell pepper diced
- ½ cucumber diced
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cubed
- 1 cup salami cubed
- 1 recipe Italian Dressing
Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instruction. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, mozzarella, salami, and italian dressing and stir to combine. Pasta salad is best if left to set in the refrigerator for at lest 12 hours before serving.
