- 2 Ripe Bananas
- ½ cup smooth almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mash banana and stir in almond butter, vanilla extract, sweetener of choice, and salt. Fold in rolled oats and set aside.
On a sheep pan lined with parchment paper, scoop dough into 12 equal balls and flatten. Top with chocolate chips and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
