Easy Pickled Jalapeño Peppers
Homemade Pickled Jalapeños

Ingredients
- 7 fresh jalapeños
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil.
- Slice jalapeños thinly (remove the seeds and ribs if you want it less spicy) and add to pickling liquid with smashed garlic cloves.
- Let simmer until jalapeños turn an army green color, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat and spoon into a mason jar to store.
