Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • ½ cup smooth almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mash banana and stir in almond butter, vanilla extract, sweetener of choice, and salt. Fold in rolled oats and set aside.
  • On a sheep pan lined with parchment paper, scoop dough into 12 equal balls and flatten. Top with chocolate chips and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
