Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup fresh mozzarella
- ¼ cup diced tomato
- 2 slices prosciutto di parma
- 1 tbsp pesto
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In salad bowl, toss arugula with balsamic vinaigrette, salt to taste and set aside.
- Dice tomato and season with salt and pepper.
- Roughly shred fresh mozzarella and prosciutto, and top arugula with all the ingredients. Finish with pesto and enjoy.
