Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- ½ cup smooth almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash banana and stir in almond butter, vanilla extract, sweetener of choice, and salt. Fold in rolled oats and set aside.
- On a sheep pan lined with parchment paper, scoop dough into 12 equal balls and flatten. Top with chocolate chips and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
