Ingredients

  • 2 lbs steak of your choice diced into 1 inch cubes I like to use flank,
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp dried oreagno
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 bell peppers

Optional Glaze

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  • Combine, garlic, mustard, oregano, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and pepper into a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Add steak cubes into a plastic ziplock bag and add marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to eat.
  • To assemble, cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces and layer steak with onion and peppers on kebab skewer.
  • Cook kebabs for 5-7 minutes per side and once cooked brush with glaze. Let rest 10 minutes and serve.

Notes

If using Bamboo skewers, soak in water for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to using.
