Easy Steak Kabobs
Steak Kabobs
The perfect quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs steak of your choice diced into 1 inch cubes I like to use flank,
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp dried oreagno
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 bell peppers
Optional Glaze
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Combine, garlic, mustard, oregano, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and pepper into a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add steak cubes into a plastic ziplock bag and add marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to eat.
- To assemble, cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces and layer steak with onion and peppers on kebab skewer.
- Cook kebabs for 5-7 minutes per side and once cooked brush with glaze. Let rest 10 minutes and serve.
Notes
If using Bamboo skewers, soak in water for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to using.
