Ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1½ tbsp sweet relish
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
Instructions
- Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks from the whites.
- In a separate bowl mash together the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon filling into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
Notes
For best taste, let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
