Ingredients

  • 1 bunch lacinato kale
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • cup heavy cream
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash kale and spinach trimming the stems, and cut into thin strips.
  • In a pan over medium heat, add oil and garlic and cook for one minute. Add kale and cook for 6-8 minutes, then add spinach and cook for another 5 minutes until all the greens are tender.
  • Add in heavy cream and parmesan and stir until melted. Turn heat to medium low and simmer until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
