Creamed Kale and Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 bunch lacinato kale
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash kale and spinach trimming the stems, and cut into thin strips.
- In a pan over medium heat, add oil and garlic and cook for one minute. Add kale and cook for 6-8 minutes, then add spinach and cook for another 5 minutes until all the greens are tender.
- Add in heavy cream and parmesan and stir until melted. Turn heat to medium low and simmer until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
