Ingredients

  • 1 head shredded romaine lettuce
  • cup shredded carrot
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped cherry tomato
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese I like to use cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • 1 cup diced fried chicken breast
  • Honey Dijon Vinaigrette to taste

Instructions

  • Toss all the vegetables with dressing then top with fried chicken and fried onions. Plate and enjoy!
