Bircher Muesli (Overnight Oats)
My favorite overnight oat.

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ⅔ cup yogurt I use Forager Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt
- ½ honey crisp apple grated
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp sweetener agave nectar, honey, maple sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt
Topping
- pomegranate seeds
- sliced almonds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a container and stir well to combine. Let sit at least 8 hours (or overnight) and serve with sliced almonds and pomegranate seeds.
