Ingredients

  • cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • cup yogurt I use Forager Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • ½ honey crisp apple grated
  • cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp sweetener agave nectar, honey, maple sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • tsp salt

Topping

  • pomegranate seeds
  • sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a container and stir well to combine. Let sit at least 8 hours (or overnight) and serve with sliced almonds and pomegranate seeds.
