Brioche Hamburger Buns
Ever since college, I’ve been trying to replicate the grocery store hamburger bun at home. Not sure why this is the hill I decided to die on but thanks to The Clever Carrot I’ve finally found the perfect recipe.
These buns came out as soft and fluffy as store-bought and were super easy to whip up. The only modifications I made were using an entire packet of active dry yeast and swapping salted for the unsalted butter. Besides that, follow the recipe and you will be rewarded with the most delicious homemade buns!
