Ingredients
- 1 head shredded romaine lettuce
- ⅓ cup shredded carrot
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ½ cup chopped cherry tomato
- 2 tbsp shredded cheese I like to use cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 2 tbsp fried onions
- 1 cup diced fried chicken breast
- Honey Dijon Vinaigrette to taste
Instructions
- Toss all the vegetables with dressing then top with fried chicken and fried onions. Plate and enjoy!
